Home > OEM Hardware
We provide OEM manufacturing services for a full range of door and furniture hardware products. Our OEM scope includes structural components, functional hardware, and supporting fittings used in residential, commercial, and project applications.
OEM product categories include door hinges, drawer slides, door locks, handles and pulls, door bolts, furniture connectors, and related hardware fittings. All products support customization in materials, dimensions, surface finishes, and packaging.
We start by reviewing your product requirements — including drawings, reference samples, material preferences, dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, and intended application. This step ensures both sides have a clear, agreed understanding of the product scope before any production work begins.
Based on the confirmed requirements, we provide a detailed quotation covering material cost, tooling (if applicable), unit pricing, MOQ, and estimated lead time. Our engineering team will also flag any potential design adjustments to improve manufacturability, reduce cost, or enhance product performance.
We produce initial samples according to the confirmed drawings and specifications. Samples are sent to you for evaluation of material quality, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and functional performance. Adjustments are made based on your feedback until the sample is formally approved for mass production.
Once the sample is approved and the order is confirmed, we schedule production and procure raw materials. Our planning team coordinates stamping, forming, finishing, and assembly workflows to ensure efficient use of production capacity and on-time delivery.
Production runs through our in-house stamping, precision pressing, surface treatment, and automated assembly lines. Quality control checkpoints are applied at every stage — including dimensional inspection, salt spray testing, life-cycle testing, and visual inspection — to ensure each batch meets the approved sample standard.
Before shipment, every order undergoes a final inspection to verify quantity, quality, and packaging specifications. Products are packed according to your requirements — including custom branding, labeling, and palletizing if needed. We coordinate logistics and provide full shipping documentation for a smooth delivery to your destination.
We apply defined quality standards throughout the OEM hardware manufacturing process. Quality control focuses on functional reliability, dimensional accuracy, and long-term durability in real applications.

All OEM hardware products are manufactured in-house. Direct factory production ensures transparent pricing, stable quality control, and direct communication with the production team.
We support both trial orders and large-scale mass production. Flexible MOQs allow customers to start with sampling and scale up efficiently.
Standardized processes and controlled tolerances help maintain consistent quality across different production batches, reducing installation and after-sales issues.
With practical production planning and in-house control, we provide predictable lead times to support wholesale supply and project schedules.
Our OEM process follows a structured workflow: (1) Requirement & Drawing Review – we confirm materials, dimensions, tolerances, and usage conditions; (2) Sampling & Prototyping – we produce samples for your approval; (3) Sample Testing & Confirmation – functional and quality testing is performed; (4) Production Planning – batch production is scheduled; (5) Mass Production & QC – full-scale manufacturing with in-process and final inspection; (6) Packaging & Shipment – products are packed to your specifications and shipped.
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means we produce hardware based on your existing drawings, specifications, or samples — you provide the design, we manufacture it. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means we help develop a new product from your concept or requirements — our engineering team handles the design, prototyping, and production. Both services include full customization of materials, finishes, and packaging.
Our OEM manufacturing covers the full range of door and furniture hardware, including door hinges, drawer slides, door stoppers, handles and pulls, door locks, door bolts, and furniture connectors. All categories support customization in materials, dimensions, surface finishes, load specifications, and packaging with your branding.
We apply defined quality standards throughout the OEM manufacturing process with four key focus areas: tolerance management to ensure precise dimensions, salt spray corrosion testing for surface durability, life-cycle testing for functional reliability, and in-house inspection before shipment. Every batch is checked against your approved sample before dispatch.
